The Sedona Wedding Professionals Association was thrilled with the success of the Sedona Bridal Fair. The organization, founded in 2003, is the perfect group of wedding professionals to put on the amazing wedding show that took place on Saturday. The Sedona Wedding Professionals Association contains wedding vendors that really know Sedona and the wedding business. As a result of our efforts, we were able to offer wonderful door prizes for our lucky Sedona brides. Valued at over $8,000, the trip to the Sedona Bridal Fair really paid off for these lucky brides.

We are so happy with the turnout for the Sedona Bridal Fair. We had over 400 visitors at this year’s event and we are already planning the next one! Saturday was the perfect day in Sedona and we were thrilled about the success of the Sedona Bridal Fair. What a wonderful turnout of amazing bridal couples accompanied by their family and friends. Members of the Sedona Wedding Professional Association were busy assisting couples with their wedding plans and everyone had a great time. Here are some highlights of the event.

Tomorrow is the big day for the Sedona Bridal Fair. Final arrangements are being made today to make the event spectacular for our brides.

Floral Decorations by Mountain High Flowers

Extraordinary decor and floral arrangements are being made today to WOW the brides as they enter the event. Amy Mills and her staff at Bliss Extraordinary Floral will decorate the Poco Diablo Ballroom with beautiful flowers and wonderful bridal decor. Kim Sutherland and her staff with Mountain High Flowers will decorate our Golf Course Tent for our bridal attendees. Bonnie Grant and her staff at Rosalies of Sedona are doing a marvelous job with the upgraded linens and event decor for the event.

The Sedona Bridal Fair, which will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., would not be possible without the support of the Sedona Wedding Professionals Association, a non-profit 501c3 association.

The Sedona Wedding Professionals Association began in 2003. It presently includes over 60 of the area’s leading wedding professionals. Known for its innovative structure, strong network, and unique emphasis on community building, SWPA has become a model for other newly forming associations.
